Clean Air Challenge 120
The Clean Air Challenge 120 is one of Alaska’s premier fundraising events. It’s a two-day, 120 mile cycling expedition from Houston to Talkeetna and back. Its fun, non-competitive, and for people of all abilities! The minimum fundraising goal is $500.
The ride starts and finishes at HoustonHigh School and rides north on the Parks Highway to Talkeetna and back.Clean Air Challenge 120 Trekkers stay overnight at the beautiful Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge and are treated to fabulous hospitality, delicious food, live music, and a celebratory program in a relaxing atmosphere.
The Clean Air Challenge 60
The Clean Air Challenge 60 is a one-day, 60 mile cycling expedition from Houston to Talkeetna starting the same day and time as the Clean Air Challenge 120.The "60 mile trekkers" will finish their ride in Talkeetna on Saturday and be treated to a delicious meal and celebratory program at the Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge.After the program, trekkers will be transported to Houston by motor coach. The minimum fund raising goal of $350 and the incentive level gifts are the same for the Clean Air Challenge 60.
How Do I Register?
Clean Air Challenge 60 participants pay a $35 registration fee ($45 after March 28,) and raise a minimum of $350.Clean Air Challenge 120 participants pay a $50 registration fee ($60 after March 28) to ensure a spot in the ride as well as one of our cool event shirts. Space in the CAC 120 is limited to the first 400 trekkers and the CAC 60 is limited to the first 100 trekkers who turn in their minimum fundraising amount. So, don’t delay- sign up today!
