Leisure Travelers
As a matter of strict policy your e-mail address will not be sold, rented, or shared with any other business or organization. Users that have checked our e-bulletin request button will, from time to time, receive travel information, updates about new web site features and other information relating to the Mat-Su Valley and Alaska from the Mat-Su CVB. Members of the Mat-Su CVB may receive the mailing addresses, phone numbers and comments of leisure travelers who choose to provide that information through an opt-out process. We may share aggregated statistics not linked to any individual about travel interests or buying patterns, sales, and other shopping information with our business partners. This information does not personally identify you, but may be used by us in the aggregate to improve services, or to market our products.
Meeting Planners/Travel Trade
Information provided by meeting planners and other travel professionals is reviewed by Bureau staff to follow up on requests and develop future business. If a meeting is designated as confidential then it will not appear on any distributed information. The Mat-Su CVB also uses provided information for its own use such as e-mail contact. Information received via the Request for More Information Forms is provided only to local companies that fit the stated specifications.

Your personal information is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public. This information is only accessible by selected company employees who have access to selected databases, which are further protected by ID and password requirements. The Mat-Su Convention and Visitors Bureau is not responsible for the actions of third parties and will fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we reasonably believe to be unlawful. Please check back frequently to see any updates or changes to our privacy policy.
