Join the Mat-Su Trail and Parks Foundation in collaboration with local businesses, nonprofits and clubs for Frost Fest 2024: The Valley’s Winter Resource Expo. We’ll be staged at the Palmer Train Depot from 11AM-4PM on Saturday, October 5.

Nonprofits and businesses attending:

• Mat-Su Trails and Parks Foundation - nonprofit organization dedicated to being the valley’s parks and trail resource

• Revel Treks and Tours - Palmer-based guiding company with a year-round Adventure Club for locals

• Onward and Upward - nonprofit organization providing local adventure programs

• Mat-Su Ski Club - cross country skiing club based at Government Peak Recreation Area

• Skeetawk - nonprofit downhill ski facility in Hatcher Pass

• Alaska Avalanche School - nonprofit organization providing classes on avalanche awareness and safety.

• Hatcher Pass Avalanche Center - nonprofit organization providing avalanche information and advisories to assist and educate the general public in avoiding avalanches. HPAC provides avalanche information and advisories for the Hatcher Pass area in the Talkeetna Mountains of Alaska.
