The Hal Bartko Memorial is two races - a 40-mile race that follows the Iditarod Trail from Knik Lake to the Nome Sign (mile 20) and back to Knik Bar. There is also a 10-mile race that follows the Iditarod Trail form Knik Lake to the 5-mile sign and return to Knik Bar. Races begin at 10 a.m.
