With winter right around the corner, there's one more chance to celebrate fall this weekend.

The Reindeer Farm in the Butte is hosting the final installment of their Fall Festival on Oct. 19. The festival is a family friendly event that includes several activities, food, music and most of all, fun! Each fall, the farm hosts this event, which continues to grow year after year.

The event runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Oct. 19. Tickets are $12 online and $13 at the door. Plan to spend most of the day there, because there is a lot to see and do. Included in the admission price is a tour of the Reindeer Farm, a hay maze, a "spooky walk," pony rides, family photos, Carhartt Brothers live music, horse-drawn carriage rides, a tractor wagon ride, the reindeer train, games and much more.

Food is also available (for purchase) from Husky Burger, Papa Murphy's Pizza, a coffee stand and a bake sale and soup fundraiser from Palmer High School. Another fundraiser for Midnight Sun Charter School features face painting.

The Reindeer Farm is also featuring a pumpkin patch, where people can select a pumpkin for $15.

Dress warm, as most of the events are held outside. Bring a thermos of hot chocolate for the little ones and enjoy the afternoon!
