The Alaska SeaLife Center is the only facility in Alaska that combines a public aquarium with marine research, education as well as wildlife rescue and rehabilitation. The Center lies at “Mile 0” of the scenic Seward Highway on the shores of Resurrection Bay. See puffins fly through underwater skies and view seals and Steller sea lions as they glide past our oversized underwater viewing windows in our Nose to Nose exhibit. Discover more with an animal encounter or experience to see what goes into caring for Alaska’s marine wildlife! Get a hug from a sea urchin at the Rocky Coast Discovery Pools. The Alaska SeaLife Center generates and shares scientific knowledge to promote understanding and stewardship of Alaska's marine ecosystems. Open year-round, check our website for hours and to purchase tickets. The Alaska SeaLife Center is located downtown, 301 Railway Avenue, Seward, Alaska.
